Complete Automation Systems

Banelec are not limited to only electrical packages, we can help supply your entire project, from conveyor systems, to complete robot cells and fully automatic crane systems. Whatever your scope, Banelec really are your one-stop shop.

We have provided complete turnkey solutions to some of the largest manufacturers worldwide. With experience in food processing, automotive assembly systems, conveyor lines, robotic cells, multi-level programmable production platforms, paint booths and entire factory relocations.

Getting started

Banelec’s aim is to help you choose the right equipment for the electrical and mechanical installation of any sized project; this would begin with your initial specification and a discussion of how you see the system working and what you would like it to achieve. Followed by a site inspection to calculate the best and most efficient layout for equipment on site.

What’s next?

After deciding how you would like the system to perform and the working specification has been agreed, our design team will use AutoCAD Electrical to produce accurate drawings, which will be submitted for your approval; simultaneously our software engineers will also begin to design the automation (PLC) or robotics software package.

Building & Installation

On approval, your designs will then enter the production process where our inhouse team of engineers will start preparing any electrical controls ahead of assembling your complete system. Throughout your project you will have a designated internal point of contact to update you on progress, and a dedicated onsite project manager to ensure the smooth running of installation onsite.
Dependent on the size of your project and practicalities, as sections are completed we will liaise with you about delivering to site to meet your schedule and commence installation. Before any installation takes place our team will carry out a site survey and liaise with you to create the relevant risk assessments or method statements required; then working towards preparation for factory acceptance tests and commissioning.
