Install Relocate & Integrate

Electrical control systems are a fundamental part of any moving equipment for any industry, so the applications are endless. Whether installing, relocating or integrating an additional line into an existing system we have the capabilities to help with any project no matter how big or small.

With experience in food processing, automotive assembly systems, conveyor lines, robotic cells, maintenance platforms, paint booths and entire factory relocations, we understand the planning and pitfalls that can often crop up along the way. Due to our extensive electrical and mechanical experience, we understand that schedules don’t always run as planned and always work with you to remain flexible and help you achieve your deadlines.

Installing a system can vary from industry to industry, and site to site. Banelec have the capabilities to assist with electrical and mechanical installation of any sized project.

Before any installation takes place our team will carry out a site survey and liaise with you to create the relevant risk assessments or method statements required to comply with your project specification.
Ensuring all staff attending site are fully competent for your site needs, our engineers hold a variety of safety accreditations including ECS, IPAF and SafeContractor. All personnel are aware of the guidelines for PPE on site, and the importance of participation in site inductions to gain knowledge of a specific site requirements as all sites can vary.

Integrating into an already existing system can be a challenge, thankfully with our engineer’s broad knowledge and experience we are able to ensure these types of projects run smoothly.
Where integration includes PLCs or robotics, our robotics and PLC engineers have the knowledge and capability to incorporate HMI or PLC systems, including Scada, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and Schneider to mention but a few. And our most recent robotics projects have seen us working with Kuka and ABB robots in the automotive industry.

Relocation of any system comes with its own challenges, our engineers are experienced and understand that comprehensive labelling, marking and being systematic when disassembling a complete system, production line or entire factory is paramount to ensure successful reassembly can be achieved.

Before relocation can take place our team will carry out a site survey at each site where production is to be moved from and to, liaising with you to agree the final install configuration. Once agreed we will create the relevant risk assessments and method statements required to ensure relocation complies with both sites regulations before work commences.
